Couple I please request the addition of two mods for my forum please.

The Ajax chat room MOD from your link kind of worked, but it didn't integrate too smoothly with our sw
I've installed another Ajax chat room which seem to integrate much better
The chat room has been installed and enabled for this Support forum ( see the chat link above ^^ ) for testing

Try it and let me know if it works ok, I'll also try enabling the shoutbox soon for testing.
Let me know if you want to enable the chat link on your forums also

We're still testing the other MOD for last post topic title to ensure it works smoothly

Hey Mike,

Shame the other ajax didn't work out, it has some great features. The installed chatbox on the link above seems ok other than the 5 second refresh, but it's better than no chat at all. An added mod is a good mod

Am still playing around with the other chat room ( it does look pretty cool, in fact I am using it with another of my sites.. however, it just doesn't integrate as seamlessly with phpbb ).
Benefits of the installed chat room are :

- seamless integration with phpbb, further styling customizations possible to make it 'blend in' on your forum
- administrators on the forum can manage the chat posts, i.e. delete posts if need to
- option to make the chat only available for registered users
- each forum can have own unique chat room

I can check further to see if the other chat room can be integrated better.
However, as it is a chat room designed for many different environments, it works more as a stand-alone sw, though it does work with phpbb it doesn't work seamlessly.

I am happy for you to use the other chat room if you want to, just need to test it a bit more.
However, for general forum owners I'd rather them use the currently installed one for abovementioned reasons

You're the man, so either way works for me. I'm happy to wait on the testing, there's no rush.. or I can use the other one if the original is not an option at all.

Not many forums have support that actually care what their users want, this one is unique.
